My Soundly Sleeping Toddler 4 week Online Workshop
An Online 4 Week Programme for Sleep Deprived Mums of Toddlers 12 months & Older
No one really discusses sleep for Little Ones after 12 months of age.
It’s assumed that our babies are physically capable of sleep and should do so with ease but research (and my inbox) proves this is not always the case.
While solving toddler sleep issues can be relatively simple sometimes it’s not long before something else can crop up to scupper your little ones sleep.
I’ve repackaged mysuccessful online workshop My Soundly Sleeping Toddler into an online 4 week program to help and support sleep deprived mums of toddlers 12 months and older, not just with the information and tools to save your and yoru Little Ones sleep but also to support and empower as you implemnt changes.
This program will help you:
☑️Create and optimise habits that facilitate healthy sleep.
☑️support and empower you as you develop tools & strategies to help your little one learn to sleep independently.
☑️ support you in building security and trust through predictably and consistency with your Little One.
☑️ maintaini attachment & connection whilst ensuring good sleep habits with intention & respectful boundary setting
☑️Keep you on track and help you implement changes when the sleep deprivation kicks in or the going gets rough.
We kick off with the 1st workshop, week beginning 9th Nov 2020
Once you sign up you’ll have access to:
☑️4 weeks of 60 mins workshops weekly, (with replays accessible in a members only online hub)
☑️a little homework in between to bring you ever closer to your sleep goals daily.
☑️a support group ( not on Facebook, FB groups bore me) for added support accountability and comradery between workshops.
You’ll have access to the content and resources for life so you can refer back and revisit the content again in the future if you have a sleep blip!!
