There is more than one way to help your baby get the sleep they need!

Feeling sleep-deprived in the early days of parenting is normal And expected when you first bring home your bundle of joy. After a while, though sleep deprivation can affect you physically emotionally and even spiritually.   Extreme sleep deprivation can lead to postpartum anxiety/depression or even psychosis in the worst cases and cause feelings of overwhelm, lack in motivation and even crisis in confidence when parenting. 

It takes a village to raise a child so don’t feel like you’ve failed if you are stuck trying to figure out how to solve your child sleep issues. If your little one is having trouble sleeping, It’s ok to seek out or ask for help.

I’d love to empower, coach and support you. I’ll listen to your struggles and create or customize a plan for you and your family to get you started on the journey  to improved sleep right away.

Speaking to an expert can  help you unpick the struggle your little one is having. And form a plan to get you to your goal. Every child and family is unique and i will work with you & suggest various options  to help you to find a method of sleep training that you feel good about and feel confident in carrying out consistently.

How To Book Your Consultation

Step 1 Select the Consultation package of your choice, add to the basket and make payment for your consultation at the checkout. 

Step 2 You'll receive an email receipt of your payment, a separate email will be sent to you with links to my online diary for the next 3 weeks to book your time slot for your call, and a link to complete my sleep preassessment questionnaire. You will also be asked to keep a sleep diary for a few days. 

Step 3You'll receive email confirmation of your time slot.  Please Note: Your sleep pre assessment form must be completed at least 2 days prior to your consultation appointment. 

Step 4 At the time of your consultation follow the link for the online meeting room ( if doing a video/international consultation) or Charmaine will call you via phone at the time of your session. 

Step 5 After your session Charmaine will email you your personalised sleep plan and details of how to set up your next appointment if you have booked a series of calls. You will also receive Charmaine text number ready for the text/whatsapp coaching.
